Hello! My name is Kimberly Rackham, friends call me Kim. I am a native to the Sacramento area. My passion is to “Fuel lifestyles in Spirit, Health and Empowerment”.
I partner primarily with women of all age groups, both personally and professionally. My passion is to bless you with the support and tools to take back your power with a renewed confidence and action plan to success in all areas of life.
I have a strong emphasis on nutrition and have over 20+ years in the industry of health coaching primarily in whole food plant-based diets and prevention of disease. I believe that a healthy body creates a healthy mindset. Lifestyle coaching has been of the new center of passion for me as well. With learning to be authentic with who I am, I have also found that teaching others to find their purpose in prospering through awareness, self-talk, confidence, and leadership is key to the abundant life! Health and Lifestyle is tightly knit into a big red bow.
Another area I serve is with nonprofits in the areas of at-risk youth, human/sex trafficking outreach and community efforts for families and schools looking to bridge the gap with health and awareness of food insecurities. In addition, I host a weekly mastermind community helping leaders become leaders of impact. In all this, I continue to be the student learning from my experiences and blessing others with what has been pivotal points of transformation.
